Environmental Protection Agreed Conditions

I am happy with the conditions in the operating schedule, the proposed conditions regarding the outside area in the email below and the condition re signage as proposed in my email.

So the conditions under the Prevention of Public Nuisance would be:-

1.            The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that patrons using any outside areas do so in a quiet and orderly fashion.

2.            Clear notices displayed at all points where customers leave the building must instruct them to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.

3.            The external area to the rear of the premises will be closed to customers from 20:00 daily.

4.            The external area to the rear of the premises will be closed to customers for the duration of any live music being played in the premises and the door to the external area will remain closed throughout.

5.            Signage should be displayed in the external seating area at the rear of the premises asking customers to respect the neighbours
